We are all probably sick to death over hearing about these new and allegedly fantastic weight loss diets that are going to help you lose weight at an astonishing rate. They come jam-packed with claims that you will end up looking like an Adonis or beaudacious babe that is connected to the product in some way. You, being human, simply cannot resist such a temptation.
However, 99 times out of 100, these claims are absolutely false and, in fact, they can pose significant health problems to anyone that elects to follow them. Also, please do not be so gullible and fall for the fact that the model that is associated with the product actually got to where they are through using this weight loss myth.
Weight loss pills, The Atkins Diet and many other dangerous regimes are a huge problem in our society today. This can be to such an extent that you could literally be dicing with death if you go ahead and give them a try. Instead, you need to concentrate on the traditional ways of losing weight: a balanced and healthy diet and plenty of regular exercise. To be fair, there are some special foods that will help you along the way and the acai diet may be of limited assistance.
I say limited as I do not want you to go overboard here. Yes, acai berries are well known to be one of the best super foods that can be found today. They have massive amounts of antioxidants that are well known to be fighters of potentially life-threatening illnesses and they will be a great addition to your balanced diet.
Do not let this diet go over the top, however, if suggestions are being made that eliminate vital other nutrients from the diet, at the expense of these berries, ignore it and run a mile.
